Is has been an encouraging few months for Bridge since we went live in April. Since then we have seen lots of activity on the platform and have spoken to many of our users and have listened to feedback. As a result, we are proud to announce three new features for both buyers and suppliers on Bridge:
Buyers can now send out an enquiry for indications only and engage with suppliers on the same familiar chat that they love.
Buyers can now upload their Buying Terms in Company Settings. This will send all suppliers the buying terms as a chat message on the creation of all enquiry chats.
Suppliers can now send confirmations from Bridge even without receiving the enquiry on the platform. This is a highly requested feature allowing some suppliers to ditch time consuming templates and send confirmations from their laptop or smartphone from anywhere. Of course these will also go into the Deal History on Bridge like all other deals.
